With his extensive knowledge and connection to real estate in Berkshire county, Chapin was able to navigate our way through a fairly complicated purchase of a foreclosure with a failed septic system - this can create a nightmare if you require financing for the purchase - and not only helped us to purchase the property for less than the asking price, but also to close 3 weeks early!!!!! Through all of the bumps along the way (thrown at us by Fannie Mae), Chapin was always easy to reach, patient with questions, and able to anticipate what was next with a prepared strategy. We could not have been happier with Chapin as our broker.
